I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
Croatian retriever club (hereinafter RKH) is the central Kennel Association
Croatia for breeding work and breed Retriever, which because of the general
improvement kinology and especially farming, education, training and
protection of the breed Retriever and the purpose of advancing, training and
raising the general level of professional breeders, guides and fans breed
Retriever, established cynologiens, breeders and lovers of the breed
Retriever.
Article 2
Croatian retriever club is based on voluntarism, solidarity and humanity
and morality and ethics of its members.
Article 3
RKH operates in accordance with established policy of dog Association,
its decisions, measures and actions aimed at improving kinology.
Article 4
RKH has a legal person with rights and obligations arising from the law
on associations and the legal personality gains entry to the registry
association with the competent government authorities.
Article 5
Name of the association is: Retriever klub Hrvatske
Headquarters of the Association: Ilica 61, Zagreb
Action: the whole of Croatia
Stamp: round shape, 3 cm in diameter, with an inscribed along the edge of
the text that reads: Retriever klub Hrvatske.
Article 6
Croatian retriever club is a member of dog association.
Article 7
RKH can join in the related community organizations.
Article 8
RKH represent the president or the person you are on the case of his
absence for that authority.
Article 9
All elective functions in RKH are voluntary and honorary.
II. OBJECT UNIONS AND ACTIVITIES AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATION
Article 10
RKH can set up their subsidiaries, branches or committees that do not
have the right to legal persons.
Article 11
The basic goal is to improve RKH Retriever breed, and in connection with
this encourages and coordinates the activities of its members in achieving
common goals and tasks in accordance with the law.
Article 12
Activities RKH is:
1.
Gathering breeders, owners and lovers of the breed Retriver and providing
support and
professional guidance for their work
2.
Assistance in professional training of its members and create a dog staff
3.
Propaganda and professional influence on improving the quality of growing
breed Retriver
and help in this direction
4.
Initiating and participating in the organization of regional, national and
international events

Collection and application of experience and achievements of local and
foreign cynological
association and institutions, and informed members
6. Solving cynological problems of interest to members of RKH
7.
Raising and development cynological awareness, ethics, collective and personal
responsibility and discipline of its members

with the law

Participation in policy-making HKS and the participation in the work of his
body through its

Professional development and improvement kinology Retriever breed in the
whole of Croatia
11. Perform other tasks in the interest of progress and improvement kinology
breed Retriever
Article 13
RKH realized their activities in accordance with the established program
of work. The work is based on activities RKH and policies approved by the
Assembly in its scope of appropriate legislation.
The work makes the foundation for the establishment of funds and financial
plan.
Article 14
RKH executes its activities in a way that ensures the achievement of the
objectives for which it was founded in the exercise of the rights and
interests of members, abiding by the provisions of applicable law and
regulations, the Rules of dog alliance of professional work, and other
official documents of the Constitution and other laws enacted by the club.
Article 15
Tasks that are running activities performed RKH: RKH Assembly, the
Governing Board, the Supervisory Board and the Commission in its scope as
defined in this Constitution.
General acts RKH and their conclusions about the general issues are
mandatory for all members. Conclusions RKH Assembly and the Executive
Committee in the individual matters as well as their solutions, are
compulsory for members RKH relevant to a conclusion or solution.
Article 16
General acts RKH is: Statute, regulations, plans, programs, conclusions,
guidelines and decisions.
III. MEMBERS RKH, their rights and obligations
Article 17
RKH members are individuals. Becomes a member of the writing in the
register of members and on the basis of signed application form for
membership.
Article 18
Reception at RKH deny the person who is a regular way excluded from
membership of HKS.
Article 19
Rights RKH members are:
- to immediately make decisions and participate in the work of the Assembly
- bodies that control RKH submit proposals for decision making on certain
issues from their
work activities with the right to be familiar with the
decisions taken
- to initiate issues of interest to carry out tasks RKH
- to elect and be elected to the governing body and representatives of the
Club
- to be informed about the work RKH
Article 20
Obligations RKH members are:
- to actively participate in the work RKH in carrying out its aims and
objectives
- to abide by the provisions of this Statute and general acts passed on the
basis of it, as well
as the decisions and conclusions of the governing body
of RKH
- to participate in assemblies RKH and other meetings organized by RKH
- to propagate and spread the reputation and work RKH
- to regularly pay the membership fee, which determines RKH Assembly no later
than 1.2.

Article 21
Membership in RKH stops:
1. Cessation of work RKH
2.
Resignation from membership
3. If a member of the retransmission within meets the obligations RKH
4. If do not pay membership fees to the scheduled deadline
5. If it is found that was received in RKH on the basis of false information
6. Exclusion from membership on the basis of the final decision
7. In case of death
The decision to remove from the membership brings the Board of Directors.
IV. The governing body and other bodies RKH
Article 22
RKH highest authority is the Assembly RKH.
The Steering Committee is the executive body of the RKH.
Supervision over the work and the legality of the work performed RKH
Supervisory Board.
Disciplinary committee is a body of leading the process and imposed measures
for the violation of the duties and obligations.
ASSEMBLY RKH
Article 23
RKH Assembly is the highest governing body of the RKH.
Article 24
The Assembly consists of all members of RKH.
The Assembly meets annually, as a regular working meeting, and every fourth
year as the Assembly election.
As regular-labor, the Assembly must be held no later than the 15th March
current year.
Assembly sessions are public.
Article 25
Assembly tasks are:
1. issues Statute RKH, general acts RKH, their amendments
2. elected president of RKH from their ranks
3. establishes policy work RKH in all matters that relate to activities,
goals and tasks RKH
4. brings the annual work plans
5. brings the annual financial plan RKH, establishes membership RKH,
contributions and other
liabilities
6. make decisions about how to manage property RKH
7. decides on the collaboration, linking and merging with cynological and other related
organizations
8. discussed reports Governing Board, the Supervisory Committee,
Disciplinary Tribunal and
makes conclusions on these reports
9. elects and recalls members of the Managing Board
10. elects and recalls members of the Supervisory Board
11. elected and removed the members of Disciplinary Commission
12. awarded diplomas to members and determined the proposal for a medal of
RKH
13. The Assembly may consider and other issues of importance for the
realization of the tasks and
goals RKH and brings conclusions and acts to
resolve these issues
Article 26
Assembly convened President RKH writing. Call for the Assembly with the
proposal of the agenda must be submitted to all members eight days before
fix Assembly.
Article 27
When necessary, the Governing Board may convene Special Assembly
Extraordinary assembly is required to convene the Steering Committee if so
requested by the majority of RKH or Supervisory Board.
Extraordinary Assembly must be held within 40 days from the date of booking
request. If the Steering Committee not timely convene extraordinary Assembly,
will convene the Supervisory Board.
Article 28
The Assembly may RKH valid decisions if it is present at the session
more than half the members of RKH.
If the present small number of members, the Assembly of the delay of one
hour, if and when it does not have the required forum, the Assembly of the

Article 29
With Assembly RKH managed working presidency Assembly elected from the
ranks of members present.

the Governing Board.
Article 30
The Assembly issued a valid decision by majority vote of members with
voting rights. The right to vote in the Assembly have each member RKH.
On the Assembly is the voice of the public, except when the Assembly decided
that on certain issues to vote secretly.
Article 31
The work of the Assembly and adopted the conclusions leading to the
minutes. Minutes must verify. Scorer two minutes authorized to approve the
elected Assembly.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Article 32
The Steering Committee is the executive body RKH.
The Steering Committee performs tasks RKH in the period between two sessions
of the Assembly election and ensure enforcement of its decisions and
conclusions, performing tasks and decide on matters in accordance with this
Statute and other general acts RKH.
Conclusions of the Steering Committee are mandatory for members RKH. The
Steering Committee is responsible for its work the Assembly RKH.
Managing Board members elected by the Assembly from among its members, upon
the proposal of the President RKH.
The Steering Committee is composed of 13 members.
Members of the Steering Committee shall be elected every 4 years.
Article 33
The Steering Committee performs these tasks:
1. executed and implemented the decisions and conclusions of the Assembly
2. preparing materials for Assembly
3. prepare proposals of official documents which the Assembly RKH or
suggestions for
amendments
4. submitted to the Assembly a report on their work and work RKH, the
material and financial
performance and condition and use of RKH between two
Assembly
5. sets to the work and financial plan of the proposal RKH
6. proposes to organize cynological events
7. manage property and cares about the proper use of funds
8. decide on the start and termination of membership in RKH
9. Assembly members propose RKH to receive awards and recognition for
proposals and
awarding medals
10. perform other duties that put him in the scope of this statute and other
general acts RKH or by
the Assembly.
Article 34
The Steering Committee and to decide on the sessions.
Session of the Governing Board convened Steering Committee, in the case of
his absence or prevention, vice-president, the person who replaces him.
Article 35
Session of the Governing Board held at least once in three months.
Meeting of the Steering Committee should be convened if it requires at least
one third members of the Steering Committee or the Supervisory Board, with
the designation of items that he suggested for the agenda.
The request to convene the session is submitted to the President of the
Governing Board, which is required to convene a session within 8 days from
the date of receipt. If the President does not convene the session in a
specified time, or vice-president, the person who replaces him, will convene
a session of the Supervisory Board.
Article 36
The agenda of the session established by the Managing Board on the
proposal of the President of the Governing Board.
Be certain that the question put on the agenda for the meeting has any
member of the Governing Board.
Article 37
The Steering Committee can valid decisions or make decisions if it is
present at the meeting by the majority.
The Steering Committee makes decisions or conclusions by majority vote of
the total number of Board members.
Article 38
The sessions of the Governing Board of the water is the log that is
signed by the president of Managing Board and recorder.
Minutes Meeting of the Steering Committee are kept as documents of permanent
value in archives RKH.
Article 39
Joint Meeting of the old and newly Steering Committee for transmission duty must be held within
8 days after the election.

of new and old Steering Committee and the recorder.
The responsibility of members of the Steering Committee for the management
of business and property RKH stops received clearance by the Assembly and
completed transmitters.
PRESIDENT RKH
Article 40
RKH president is elected by the Assembly over half number of votes
of members. The mandate of the president lasts 4 years, with the possibility
of re-election.
President RKH is also the president of the Governing Board. The President is
responsible for his work the Assembly. At the annual report submitted to the
Assembly on the work of the Governing Board RKH.
Article 41
President RKH represent RKH under the Statute and general acts RKH,
convened and chaired the sessions of the Governing Board and the Assembly
RKH and sign the documents issued by the Steering Committee and the Assembly
RKH.
President RKH coordinate operations, prepares and executes the decisions of
the Management Committee and concerned that the work RKH be in accordance
with law, regulations CBF and the Statute and other general acts RKH.
Article 42
President RKH is the issuer of the order for the material and financial
operations and to provide for the execution of the decisions leading bodies
RKH.
Vice President RKH
Article 43
President of the Governing Board and president of RKH in absentia or
prevention replace Vice RKH, persons from the Steering Committee from its
ranks at the proposal of the President RKH.
SECRETARY RKH
Article 44
Secretary RKH Steering Committee elects from among its members.
The mandate of the Secretary lasts 4 years.
For its work the secretary is responsible President and Managing Board RKH.
Article 45
Secretary RKH cares about the implementation of decisions and
conclusions of the Assembly and for all administrative work, preparing
materials for meetings of the Steering Committee and the Assembly RKH, and
it addresses the current post.
Secretary RKH together with the president prepares reports on the work of
RKH.
LEADER OF BREEDING
Article 46
Leader of breeding for retriever breeds proposes RKH Governing Board, and
appointed and dismissed by the Assembly.
Tenure as leader of breeding lasts 4 years.
Article 47
Leader of breeding for retriever breeds can become a person who meets the
following conditions:
1. that the grower retriever at least 5 years and that has registered with
the kennel or
2. that the cynological judge for assessment forms retriever at least 5 years.
Article 48
Leader of breeding for retriever breeds for their work directly
responsible to parliament RKH, and every year at the annual Assembly
submitted a report on its work.
Article 49
Leader of breeding RKH registers litters HKS and coordinate between the
members RKH regarding breeding.
Treasurer RKH
Article 50
The Steering Committee appointed by the Treasurer's RKH.
Treasurer mandate lasts 4 years.
Treasurer performs tasks related to material and financial operations by the
provisions regulating the conduct of non-profit organizations.
SUPERVISORY BOARD
Article 51
The Supervisory Board takes care of the application of statutes and
other official documents and conclusions of the body RKH.
Performs control of regular and appropriate use of funds RKH and in
accordance with the programs and plans of work RKH's, as well as the
legality of the material and financial operations.
The Supervisory Board launches disciplinary proceedings to establish
liability for breach of the discipline.
The Supervisory Board has the right to convene extraordinary Assembly RKH
and in cases where it finds that the funds RKH is not used in accordance
with the work and tasks RKH and if the Steering Committee on the warning
Supervisory Board failed to take measures in accordance with this statute.
The Supervisory Board will call extraordinary RKH Assembly and in other
cases of the Statut.
Article 52
The Supervisory Board is obliged to comply with the law make a review of
material and financial operations of the RKH and to report the
administrative committee and the Assembly's RKH.
Members of the Supervisory Board have the right to attend sessions of the
Governing Board and its committees, commissions and referentima, participate
in discussion and warning the irregularities, but no vote.
Article 53
The Supervisory Board has three members.
Members of the Supervisory Board elected by the Assembly RKH on your
election session from members of the Assembly.
Members of the Steering Committee may not be members of the Supervisory
Board.
Members of the Supervisory Board are elected for 4 years.
Article 54
The Supervisory Board and to bring conclusions to the sessions.
At the first session of the Supervisory Board elects the president from
among its members.
Session of the Supervisory Board held if necessary.
Session of the Supervisory Board convened by the president, and at the
request of the Governing Board, or argued at the request of individual
members of RKH.
The Supervisory Board may be valid decisions if they are present at the
meeting all 3 members.
The Supervisory Board takes decisions by majority vote.
Article 55
The sessions of the Supervisory Board takes a log.
Minutes session is signed by the president and all the present members of
the supervisory board.
Disciplinary commission
Article 56
RKH disciplinary committee is a body of RKH.
Disciplinary commission has three members, which from its membership elected
president.
Article 57
Disciplinary committee responsible for determining and deciding
disciplinary responsibility
members
of RKH.
Article 58
Disciplinary committee can sit and make valid decisions in a body of
three members.
Elected by the Assembly for a term of 4 years.
Article 59
Disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against members who do not
abide by terms of this statute and the Regulations on the cultivation of
retrievers, the Regulations on how to organize cynological events, as well as
all other applicable laws RKH.
V. CLUB PROPERTY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Article 60
RKH property consists of immovable and movable things, material rights,
and funds that RKH has ownership and managed.
Asset RKH Assembly has the club or the Steering Committee in accordance with
the provisions of the Constitution and law.
Article 61
Sources of funds RKH are:
1. membership fees and other contributions of members
2.
revenues from the club activities (exhibitions, professional examinations,
etc.)
3.
revenues from advertising and propagate
4.
donations and voluntary contributions
5.
other income
Article 62
To secure funds for the operation and execution of tasks, the
realization of certain rights, services, etc., RKH members pay their
membership fees, contributions and benefits HKS via RKH.
Article 63
RKH Assembly on the proposal of the Management Board shall prepare a
financial plan for each calendar year to provide funds for the execution of
tasks of the club in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and
accepted the plan work.
By the end of calendar year, the Assembly makes the final account in
accordance with the law.
Article 64
The Steering Committee is obliged to provide professional, prompt and
orderly conduct of the material and financial operations by the provisions
regulating the accounting of non-profit organizations.
VI. RESPONSIBILITY TO PERFORM DUTIES
Article 65
There is a special responsibility in terms of performing duties as a
member of the elected body of management - Managing Board, the Supervisory
Committee, Disciplinary Commission and other bodies.
This is a personal responsibility.
VII. PUBLIC WORK
Article 66
Transparency is ensured:
1.
The right of every citizen to attend the work of the Assembly RKH
2.
Publication of reports on the RKH and its bodies in the normal way and the
most.
3.
Financing and information about the RKH in print and via other means of
public information.
VIII. STATUTE, GENERAL ACTS AND THEIR CHANGES AND ACCESSORIES
Article 67
RKH statute and its amendments to the Assembly RKH as proposed by the
Management Committee.
RKH statute and its amendments shall be by a majority of members RKH.
IX. TERMINATION OF RKH
Article 68
RKH ceases to operate:
1.
when the Assembly decides to RKH
2.
in other cases specified by law
In the event of termination of the decision of the Assembly 2/3 majority
vote of all members of the Assembly.
Article 69
In the event of termination of the RKH's assets will be after the creditors
and the court costs and other proceedings, surrender to the management of
the Governing Board, which is required to sell all property (public auction)
and the funds realized by selling the property split into equal parts RKH
members that they were to making a final decision on its termination of
existence.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 70
On issues that are not regulated in this Constitution shall apply the
provisions of the Law on Associations, the rules adopted pursuant to this
Act, and regulations adopted on the basis of other positive law.
Article 71
This Statute shall apply from the date of registration in the
register of competent County Office
of General Administration.
