I. RULES OF BREEDING AND  REGISTRACION DOGS

These provisions are valid for the whole area of Croatia and mandatory for all cynological HKS organizations and their members. Conditions must also apply to all proceedings in the cultivation.
These provisions HKS growing enrollment and dogs in particular take into account the current Rules / Reglement / and planting rules FCI's.

Article 1. Basic
1. These geographical terms can be updated rearing rules committees HKS and the rules cynological Association HKS and the 

     HKS has entrusted management of breeding with regard to the particularities of breeds that these organizations include, but are 

      also intensify as much as is useful for achieving breeding objectives set standards FCI's.

Article 2. Breeder
1. Breeding can be addressed cynological member associations that are members of the HKS

     f) provide tattoo dogs according to the Rules of pure tattooing dogs HKS, and no later than 12 weeks of age
     g) not to surrender puppy of litter before eight weeks of age
     h) before the new owners of dogs, clean puppies from intestinal parasites and spend at least one protective vaccination of dogs
         against the most common infection, and to confirm the veterinary card verified by veterinarians,

Article 5. Leader of  breeding cynology Association

Article 6. Use of the breeding
1. Basic
     It is allowed to raise only a succession healthy pure-bred dogs of strong character, entered into one of the FCI is recognized
     pedigree books or registry, which meet the requirements stipulated by the relevant Member or contractual partners.

Article 7. Breeding Review

Article 11. Croatia pedigree books - enrollment numbers

Article 12. Filing a litter

Article 14. Foreign reproductive dog

Article 16. Individual registration / Nostrifikacion

Article 17. Pedigree - a document of origin
1. Each dog is cultivated in the Republic of Croatia and registered in Croatia rodovnu book gets official proof of origin - pedigree
     HKS. Form pedigree must have marked international kinološke Federation (FCI) and the Croatian dog Federation (HKS).
2. On the form must be pedigree sections to record at least three generations of ancestors given the dog.

Article 18. Fees
1. For the conduct of Croatia rodovne books and for the implementation of publishing documents Croatian Kennel Club shall be

     entitled to compensation by

Article 19. Special provisions
Dogs who are owned by the Ministry of the Interior,  the Ministry of Defense and the Croatian Association for training guide dogs and mobility does not apply the provisions of this Rule, except for the requested health care provision. The same report directly to lay down the HKS.

Article 20. Sanctions
Violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished according to the Disciplinary Rules of stegovnoj responsibilities HKS.

Article 21. Disputes and executive provisions

Article 22. Entry into force
This Rules shall come into force on 02.july 2005.
